Armenian newspapers today: elections, pre-electoral bribes and lists

“Hraparak” writes that member of the “Free democrats” party Ararat Zurabyan refuses to speak about the event which took place in the party and which made him to refuse enter to the list of “Heritage” party. But the newspaper writes that in a friendly company Ararat Zurabyan advised those members of the “Free democrats” who entered to the list to be cautious.

As “Avangard” newspaper writes referring to its confident sources RPA discusses the staff of the coming Government. According to the newspaper Minister of Justice Hrayr Tovmasyan will leave his post as the part is too dissatisfied with his work. RPA wants to strengthen its position in the Parliament so Armen Ashotyan will also leave his post and will go to the NA. May be he will become the leader of the fraction. According to some information RPA wants to see Minister of the Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan as the deputy speaker of the NA. So another candidate will be presented for the Minster’s post.

“Yerkir” newspaper writes that the name of the Minister of RA Energy and Natural Resources Aram Harutyunyan is taken from the “Rule of Law” list. As the newly appointed speaker of the party Harutyun Amiryan informed the newspaper the decision of leaving party was the joint decision of Aram Harutyunyan and “Rule of Law” party.

“Zhokhovurd” newspaper writes that chairman of the “Prosperous Armenia” party Gagik Tsarukyan continues spreading electoral bribe and calls it charity. According to the newspaper he bought 300 tractors and now will give them to the Armenian regions. Speaker of Gagik Tsarukyan informed the newspaper that they have had such programs earlier and they have written about it in the party’s program. “And besides this we do it before the propaganda term will start in order not to be considered as bribe”, Khachik Galstyan said.
