Seyran Ohanyan is in Artsakh

On April 5 Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan received defense minister of the Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan. Central information department of the office of the Artsakh Republic President informs about this.

 Issues related to army building and cooperation between the two Armenian states in the defense sphere were discussed at the meeting.
