Bako Sahakyan awarded philanthropist Gerald Turpanjian

On 1 October Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree awarding the “Mesrop Mashtots” order to philanthropist Gerald Turpanjian (the USA) for services shown to the Nagorno Karabagh Republic.
