2014 budgetary process and the 2015 draft state budget is discussed in Artsakh

On 18 November Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan convoked an enlarged consultation devoted to the discussion of the 2014 budgetary process and the 2015 draft state budget. Central Information Department of the Office of Artsakh Republic President informs about this.  

Minister of finance and economics Spartak Tevosyan and heads of concerned bodies delivered corresponding reports.

President Sahakyan noted in his speech that Artsakh state budget was and would be socially oriented in its nature, which requires pursuing the appropriate policy.

The Head of the State underlined that he expected from the state bodies a new quality of work in the sphere of budget planning primarily in evaluating the efficiency of expenditures, reviewing their structure and providing projects securing significant outcome for the society, adding that heads of responsible structures should prioritize the solution of key issues over the narrow and temporary solutions.

Speaker of the National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan, prime-minister Ara Haroutyunyan and other officials partook in the consultation.
