Russia uses force in Ukraine, according to Putin statement

Russian President Vladimir Putin made an announcement in the Federation Council to use Russian Armed Forces in the Ukrainian territory until the situation is normal in this country. Press service of the Kremlin informs about this. 

“In connection with the current situation in Ukraine and which is dangerous for the Russian citizens, our compatriots and the staff of the Russian  Armed Forces, I make an announcement about using force in the territory of the Ukrainian country until the situation is rest here. The order is based on the 102 article, “g” part of the Russian Constitution”, the statement says.
