The 90th anniversary of Artsakh’s Public Prosecutor’s Office was celebrated

On 17 December Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan partook in a solemn event dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the republic’s Public Prosecutor’s Office held at the Stepanakert youth and culture palace. Central Information Department of the Office of Artsakh Republic President informs about this. 

The President congratulated the whole staff of the Public Prosecutor’s Office on the jubilee and handed in certificates of honorary titles of the NKR Honored Lawyer to a group of structure’s workers and veterans.

In his speech Bako Sahakyan called the prosecutor’s office among the pivotal structures of our state system adding that the serious way it had passed and its worthy merit clearly demonstrate the role of the office.

The Head of the State underlined that the state would continue to promote all possible assistance aimed at raising the efficiency of the system’s activity, modernization of its material and technical basis and amelioration of the working and social conditions of the staff.

Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, prime-minister Ara Haroutyunyan, Attorney General of the Republic of Armenia Gevorg Kostanyan and other officials partook in the event.
