Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on appointment

Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on appointing Jivan Haroutyunyan deputy head of the NKR Civil Service Council with six year term of office. Central Information Department of the Office of Artsakh Republic President informs about this. 

The same day according to another Presidential decree Marat Sargsyan was appointed member of the NKR Civil Service Council with term of office till February 14, 2020.
