S. Sargsyan visits Chinese Embassy in Armenia on PRC national holiday

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan today visited the PRC Embassy in the Republic of Armenia on the occasion of the national holiday of the People’s Republic of China (PRC). Press service of Armenian President informs about this.

On behalf of the Armenian People and on his own behalf, the Armenian President congratulated Ambassador Tian Changchun and the entire embassy staff, and in the person of them, the friendly people of China on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the PRC formation.

On the occasion of the holiday, Serzh Sargsyan also sent a congratulatory message to President Xi Jinping of China which particularly reads.

“Your Excellency,

I cordially congratulate you and the friendly people of China on your national holiday – the 65th anniversary of the formation of the People’s Republic of China.

Under your leadership China has made great social-political and economic progress and has managed to strengthen its international prestige. I am confident that China will continue to rise in the future.

Armenia attaches great value to persistently promoting friendly relations and political dialogue with China and further broadening mutually beneficial cooperation in the spheres of economy, education, science and culture.

I am sure that owing to our joint efforts the Armenian-Chinese multi sphere collaboration rooted in mutual respect and trust will continue to grow steadily for the benefit of our peoples.
