O.Asadov called the European Parliament “uncultured and a liar,” saying that the European Parliament “lies”, claiming that they were not allowed to Azerbaijan to visit the arrested human rights defenders.

“We did not find such a letter from the European Parliament. I wrote about this in the European Parliament and received no response. And now they teach us culture?” protested the Speaker.
