Raffi Hovhannisyan applies to the Constitutional Court

Today, on February 4, at 17:30 representatives of head of the “Heritage” party Raffi Hovhannisyan will hand the application to the Constitutional Court. The application claims to announce the results of the Presidential elections of February 18 as illegal. According to the press service of Raffi Hovhannisyan those results do not express Armenian nation’s will and must not be accepted.

On the same day at 18:00 Raffi Hovhannisyan’s representatives will have an open press-conference in front of the Constitutional Court.
