The G8 summit kicked off yesterday and is going on today as well. According to New York Times there is a great task for them to discuss: how to get Europe’s debt crisis back under control.
Besides the Europe there are some other issues on agenda as well. Syria and the threat of nuclear-weapons proliferation are also under world leaders’ consideration. They plan to talk about global efforts to guard against famine and malnutrition.
