G. Minasyan: New problems do not always claim new cadres to solve them
Today during the meeting with the journalists deputy of Armenian Republican Party Gagik Minasyan referred to the activities of newly-appointed Minister of Transport and Communication Gagik Beglaryan and underlined that any political activist can have problems during his work. “This person has taken his responsibility and why his future career must be troubled? Beglaryan fulfilled his responsibilities successfully while he was Yerevan Mayor. And one must have serious organizing skills in order to be able to lead the municipality. I think minister’s position will also be effective”.
Gagik Minasyan was asked why the main part of the Ministers remained the same people. While commented on the issue Minasyan said that new problems do not always claim new cadres to solve them.
“This attitude is very important to realize the process of Government’s creation correctly. There were some problems which were really important for the previous Government. Among them were the anti-crisis program, situation in South Caucasus and reaction to it. I think that the previous staff fulfilled its mission. I do not think that new problems claim radical reforms in the Governmental staff”, G. Minasyan said.
Answering to the question whether the Government will lead systematic struggle against the oligarchs G. Minasyan said: “we have three points in that struggle. Without struggling against that phenomenon it will be impossible to fulfill the Governmental program. Of course we have many problems in this issue and they will be settled during the time”.
Referring to the Vardan Oskanian’s problems with the Armenian National Security Service the speaker underlined that it was unacceptable for him when the political forces are trying to make predictions.
