Turkey concentrates troops along border with Syria
15,000 Turkish troops have been deployed along the border with Syria, in the framework of ‘planning possibilities,’ developed by the Turkish General Staff (GS).
The appropriate military equipment including ordnance, tanks, has been sent to the border, reports the Ermenihaber.am, citing the Sondakika.com.
The possible clashes between Russian and Turkish troops in the populated areas have been also considered.
In this respect, the "forbidden zone for the flights" is to be brought to the agenda, which is, according to Turkey, supported by Germany.
It’s noted that in case of migrant influx from Aleppo to the Turkish border, the Turkish military units will be deployed to the other side of the border, taking the shield role.
