S. Ohanyan: “Azerbaijanis try to make the situation sharper and have influence on the international organizations”
Today is the memorial day of the missing soldiers. Staffs of Armenian Ministry of Defense and General Staff visited “Yerablur” cemetery. The delegation was led by Armenian Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan.
Seyran Ohanyan spoke with the journalists and informed that the researches to find out some information about the missed soldiers are going on today as well. “Now we try to find out some details by the cooperation with international organizations.”
Minister also underlined that the researches become more complicated as no relations with Azerbaijan exist.
“If we go forward and try to do some researches it will mean to launch new military actions. And that is why the process is somehow frozen but we will try to work”.
Referring to the Azerbaijani recent provocations on the border S. Ohanyan noted that they are planned.
“They try to make the situation sharper and have influence on the international organizations in order to make the settlement process faster. They also try to create an atmosphere of unilateral pressure and we are against it. We have been under such pressure during the war and we managed to overcome it with honor”, underlined the Minister.
According to S. Ohanyan Armenian side does not answer to Azerbaijani shots as it is too little problem for Armenian Armed Forces. “Armenian Army with experienced commanders and soldiers is ready to go forward and is ready for heroism.”
