Head of the Armenian diocese: Armenians face no restriction in performing their religious rituals in Iran

Head of the Armenian diocese Grigor Chiftchian said here Wednesday that religious minorities, including Armenians, residing in Iran face no restriction in performing their religious rituals. Iranian state news agency IRNA writes about this.
According to the source Chiftchian said this is an indication to their full freedom in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
He reiterated that the Islamic Iran attaches great importance to all religions.
Referring to his one-year stay in Tabriz, capital of the northwestern province of East Azarbaijan, Chiftchian said he never felt lonely during the period.
