Russian MFA condemned USA for accusing Syrian government in blast

Russia has censured the United States for its “blasphemous” accusation that the Syrian government was behind the deadly explosions at Aleppo University. Iranian Press TV writes about this.

“Yesterday I saw a semi-neutral report on CNN that it was not ruled out that this terrorist act had been staged by the government forces themselves”, Russian MFA S. Lavrov said.

“I cannot imagine anything more blasphemous,” he stated during his visit to the Tajik capital city of Dushanbe.

Remind, that on January 15, over 80 people were killed and scores of others injured in two explosions at Aleppo University in the second largest city of Syria.

The Russian Foreign Ministry issued a statement on Wednesday and blamed “terrorists” for the “merciless bloody provocation.”
